    Kettmeir

A historic winery nestled amongst the vineyards of Alto Adige, Italy. Both a messenger and a protagonist of an age-old tradition. A cutting-edge producer always looking for new avenues to explore. Embracing tradition as a legacy, and progress as a vision to keep alive. With just one aim in mind: wine.
Aromatic, elegant and inextricably rooted in the local area. In every single grape, the history of this land.
In every drop of wine, the knowledge of those who made it. In every bubble, a way of being.

    Lamole di Lamole

The historic winery rests on a building dating back to the middle of 1300, one of the warehouses of the Lamole Castle, that in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries was progressively enlarged until it hosted the cellar and the vinsantaia of the manner.
Today it houses the cellars where the estate’s wines are aged and its Vinsanto is fermented. Here you will not only find the latest vintages of our multi-award-winning Riserva Campolungo cru, but also the “historic memory” of Lamole di Lamole: dozens of bottles of past vintages that testify both to the ageing potential of the estate’s wines, derived from the unique terroir, and to the age-old knowledge that pervades this very special village.
Over the years, the old ageing cellar and Vinsanto cellar have been joined by a more modern fermentation cellar in Lamole, just a stone’s throw from the piazza dominated by the Romanesque church of San Donato, and the new production facilities in Greti in Chianti, with a modern visitors’ centre.

    Sassoregale

Surrounded in the Mediterranean scrub, between tall trees and broom scrubs, Sassoregale lies in the heart of the Maremma region. Purchased in 2002 by Santa Margherita Gruppo Vinicolo, the estate’s 38 hectares are situated in the centre of a plain surrounded by hills, at altitudes between 100 and 180 metres above sea level, with higher ground stretching towards Montalcino behind it. The vineyards overlook the Tyrrhenian Sea, just a few kilometres away as the crow flies.
The first impression of Sassoregale is the light, the clearness of the sky, and the strength of the sun, mitigated by the constant breezes. This, together with the great biodiversity that characterizes the wide valley of the Ombrone river and growing techniques that respect the vines and the environment, make the estate a little universe where the hand of man manages to preserve the deep characteristics of the terroir.

“IF IT’S NOT HAPPINESS, IT LOOKS LIKE IT.”
This motto has guided me all my life and now more than ever it is at the heart of my approach.
After eighteen years of great gastronomic moments, I wanted to create at 39 rue des Jeûneurs in an unusual place, which speaks of my roots and gives you wings; a neighbourhood address conducive to meetings and sharing, to confidences and gatherings, to time for yourself and with others.
A house of taste that reconciles exigence and simplicity, small local dishes and delicacies from elsewhere, grandmothers’ recipes and haute couture cocktails; An epicurean and elegant place to live, in which to forge ties and share good times.
Nourished by all my experiences, a place that gathers and resembles me.
I invite you to my home, you are here at home.

    Asperum – Balsameria Midolini

Asperum is something other than a simple balsamic dressing. It is a product with an unmistakable density and a delicious sweet and sour taste. The adventure of our company starts at the end of the 60’s thanks to the resourcefulness and to the persistence of Lino who, versatile in spirit and business, decided to start from his passion for vines and wine to create its own company.
In the eastern hills of Friuli a story came to life that is quite unique for this region, culminating in the production of a “balsamic dressing”. Since then all “our” family has pursued this challenge with insight and conviction, mainly dedicated to the search for quality with the exclusive goal of creating excellent products.

    Sci Club 18

The Ski Club 18 in Cortina d’Ampezzo, which turns 86 today, is not just alpine skiing!
The legendary off-piste sci18, the construction of the via ferrata Sci Club 18 completed in 2008, the organization since 2011 of the Punta Nera Freeride Challenge, ski-sailing, cross-country skiing, golf and much more testify to this.
Not least is the commitment to the Ampezzo community and the continuous solidarity initiatives that have been possible thanks to the Malga Lareto club house.
Ski club 18 is ready to face new challenges as a protagonist, with the utmost respect for tradition and the founding principles that inspired 18 university students in the late 1930’s.

    santa margherita

    Santa Margherita

Santa Margherita represents the starting point of the Santa Margherita Wine Group, founded by Count Gaetano Marzotto in 1935, which gradually developed into a real “wine making mosaic” with its own wineries and vineyards in some of Italy’s most beautiful regions: Eastern Veneto, the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene hills, Alto Adige, Lombardy with Franciacorta an Lugana, Tuscany with Chianti Classico and Maremma, Sicily and Sardinia.
Indissolubly linked to its icon wine – Pinot Grigio, ancestor of an entire generation of new Italian white wines, market leader for more than fifty years, distributed in 90 countries – Santa Margherita made its ability to innovate, its managerial structure, its technological development, its quality and sustainability – environmental and social – its distinctive traits.
At the center of our daily actions there are two fixed points: the vineyard and men. The Villanova winery has been at the center of an important revisiting work in recent years and is now completely self-sufficient from an energy point of view.

    Campamac

“Campamac” is a word in Piemontese dialect that literally means “give us some more, give it your all”. It is used as encouragement when saying goodbye. It is the motto that has always been used by Maurilio Garola, executive chef of Campamac – already famous in the Langhe region for more than twenty years for his restaurant, la Ciau del Tornavento – to sound the charge to his kitchen team.
By his side is Paolo Dalla Mora, a young manager and entrepreneur from Friuli, born and raised with parents and grandparents in a restaurant located between Udine and Venice. He travelled the world for work, cultivating a passion for meat and good wine, and then followed his heart to settle in Barbaresco.

    Latteria Livigno

The Latteria was founded in 1954 as a turnaria dairy. That is, farmers took turns to collect milk and take care of its processing into butter and cheese.
In 1977, thanks to the conviction of a small number of farmers, the company became Latteria Agricola Cooperativa (Dairy Farm Cooperative), around which rural life in Livigno revolved; later, alongside the main task of collecting and processing milk, the municipality of Livigno entrusted the cooperative with management of the municipal agricultural plan, including control of pastures, distribution of contributions related to care and maintenance of the territory and financial support for agricultural activity.
After 25 years, a period in which the headquarters and processing plant were established in the centre of the town, the project for a new tourist dairy saw the light in 2003, and work started in May 2005; the new dairy came into being on 6 July 2006 with the start of new production.
Through this structure, the directors of the cooperative wanted to combine the best of the bond that has always supported our valleys, namely agriculture and tourism, which are the fundamental resources for development of the community of Livigno.
